The Tooling Coordinator is mainly responsible for working at the tool facility to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base. This position will recruit a technical competency and experience on the Power generation business employees,management, and office administration he will be also responsible for the EHS inside of the facility and to support his team on the data management. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for overall tooling inventory, getting tooling ready for jobs, keeping inventory of the kits and uploading data into the “tooling management system “.
Up load the Billing costs and sends on a weekly report to Finance.
Working with other coordinators or worker of the facility to maintain and testing the tool.
Maintaining status of tooling calibration.
Sending the tools for calibration and repairs.
This person will be Responsible for the setup of shipping and coordinate with “Tooling Logistics “ the delivery and collection of the tool from the site , the timing and the schedule of the shipment.
Check the tool for their integrity and composition, verify the part list per the template.
Daily cleanup to maintain a safe environment in the warehouse.
Maintain consumables stock.
Responsible for site EHS requirements to include all warehouses and Chemicals used by GE.
Working day by day with local calibration vendors
Working on tooling maintenance
Daily routine of working on WF /Oracle and SAP; tracking and tracing and getting jobs set up with tooling.
In Country Knowledge of logistics and procedures
Create the procurement request in the procurement system, work with the procurement team to select the adequate supplier’s and coordinate the delivery of the goods to the tool center .
Contributes to strategic planning activities.
Works closely with the clients to successfully accommodate all business needs
Cooperate with Service managers and Service director to compliantly execute on day to day activities. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Understand office formats and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with minimum three to five years’ site activity in Power Plant facility management experience. Strong experience on Turbomachinery equipment.
